Knitwear Shipping and Delivery

Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline. This is usually up to 2 weeks for most orders. We sometimes also offer a queue jump option.

Knitwear usually takes 3 weeks from the date you order, to delivery.

This 3 weeks can be broken down to:
• 1-2 weeks to cover artwork production and knitting / production
• 1 week to cover shipping to any country from our manufacturing location

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time.

We also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA: Knitwear ships free to USA
CA, AUS, UK: $9.95
Europe: $9.95
Rest of world: $19.95

Please Note:

• We occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.

• We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
